Terms of Service

01Acceptance of these terms

By creating a PazaWise account, connecting an accounting system, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use PazaWise.

02The service

PazaWise is an AI CFO that lets you ask your books questions in plain English or Danish, automates invoice capture and posting, simulates business decisions, flags financial risks and generates reports. PazaWise is operated by Depaza AB and hosted in the European Union. We may improve, change or add features over time. We aim for high availability, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis.

03Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. Do not share credentials or let others use your account in breach of these terms.

04Connecting your accounting and bank data

To use PazaWise you connect accounting systems and bank feeds such as E-conomic, Dinero, Xero, QuickBooks or a PSD2 bank feed. You confirm that you have the right to connect that data and to let PazaWise process it on your behalf. Invoice postings and other actions are prepared for your review, and you are responsible for approving them. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

05Subscriptions, billing and fees

PazaWise is offered on paid monthly plans: Starter at €79, Growth at €199 and Pro at €499 per month. All prices are exclusive of VAT (MOMS), which is added where applicable — for a Danish customer, for example, 25% MOMS is added to the euro price. Plans are billed in EUR through our payment processor, regardless of your local currency, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Each plan includes monthly limits on queries, simulations, invoices and connected companies; if you need more, you can upgrade at any time. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use PazaWise to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or evade plan limits and security controls. You are responsible for the data you connect and submit and for how you use the outputs.

07Your data and ownership

The financial and business data you connect or upload remains yours. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, under which PazaWise acts as your data processor. We claim no ownership of your data, and you can export or delete it as set out in those documents.

08Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the PazaWise software, models and brand. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. The reports, answers and postings the service generates for you are yours to use in your business.

09AI output is decision support, not advice

PazaWise uses AI to answer questions, categorise transactions, run simulations and draft reports. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is decision support — not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing invoice postings, figures and reports before you file or rely on them, and for involving a qualified accountant or advisor where appropriate.

10Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every automated posting or figure will be correct.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depaza AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or costs arising from reliance on AI output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Termination

You may stop using PazaWise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk for us, your data providers or other users. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and the service. We will post changes here and update the date above, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
